Plot
'The Eagle Huntress' is a documentary focused on Aisholpan, a thirteen-year-old girl who lives in Mongolia, a country with misogynistic culture. The lead character wants to become the first eagle huntress in the 2,000 year history of the nation. 'The Eagle Huntress' has a photographic tool above her allowing the audience to feel part of the courageous girl's journey. Furthermore, the film presents important issues such as the role of the women in society, nature, the concept of maturity and the coming of modernity to Third World countries. The film is narrated by Daisy Ridley ('Star Wars: The Force Awakens'), who decided to take part in the project after she watched a small part of the documentary.
