Plot
When the darkness and tranquility begin to emerge in a small aboriginal town in Brazil, the forest start to awaken. One member of the Krahô village, Ihjac, doesn't sleep after the death of his father. One night, the man hears the voice of his father, which means that he must start working at his father's funeral ceremony. Ihjac flatly refuses to do it, so he decides to flee from his village to avoid having to perform his duty, since he will also have to become a shaman. Once Ihjac arrives in the big city, he will face the harsh reality of the country: the discrimination because of he is an aborigine in Brazil today, a Brazil in which the government doesn't support this group and lacks justice.
The film is directed and written by Renée Nader Messora and Joao Salaviza.
