The Day After

It's the first day of work for Areum in a small advertising company in Seoul. His boss, Bongwan, fell in love with the previous woman who worked there and recently broke up with him. That same day, Bongwan, married, leaves home in the morning to go to work while the memories of the woman who broke up with him only a month ago weigh him down all the way.

At the same time, his wife finds a love note written by her husband for another person and angry, goes to the office and confuses Areum, thinking that it is the woman who used to work there, attacking her physically.

The film is in black and white and is directed by Sang-soo Hong competes in the official section of the 2018 Cannes Film Festival.
