The Correspondence

'The Correspondence' is a dramatic film directed by Italian filmmaker Giuseppe Tornatore starring Jeremy Irons and Olga Kurylenko.

The Ukrainian actress plays the role of Amy, an Astrophysics student who has suffered from a family tragedy that finds confort and a peaceful life in her Professor Ed Phoerum, played by Academy Award Winner Jeremy Irons. They're both intensely in love with each other but eventually they have to live in separate ways so they keep their relationship alive using the technology to talk to each other keeping a correspondence between them. When she finds out about Ed's mysterious disappearance, Amy will suspect about the sender of the love letters on her inbox. In order to find out about Ed's whereabouts, she will embark on a journey to face the truth about her love.
