The Colors of Fire

'The Colors of Fire' is a Clovis Cornillac film set in february of 1927, in Paris, France. When Madeleine decides to face the financial empire that she has inherited of her rich banker father, her destiny will decide otherwise and will have another plans for her. She will have to face a big conspiracy. Its goal is to take away everything that belongs to her. Madeleine will have to face adversities of all kind and everyone around her. Also, she'll have to do it living among the corruption of France in the inter-war period. The protagonist must have the intelligence and the energy to get her deserved revenge, and she won't forgive.

Madeleine acquires all his father fortune after his death, whose funeral was attended by all the important people from Paris. After her brother (Édouard Péricourt) committed suicide a few years ago, the main character must also face her son's injury, which turns him disabled. She won't count with her ex husbands support neither, so she will have to take care of the family business on her own, without any kind of help. The only thing she receives as help is her uncle's advice (Charles Péricourt). However, she will have to confront numerous obstacles, the adversity of men in France, greed, jealousy and corruption in a context where France and Europe are ruled by totalitarianisms.
