The Blue Room

The film shows a man and a woman who are in love secretly, so they only can meet in a room hidden of the rest of the world. While their meetings they have apparently irrelevant conversations. However the lead character thinks about their story due to the pressure of the Police which is making an investigation about a disappearance.

Based in the homonymous novel of Georges Simenon, 'The Blue Room' was released in various international film festivals, like the San Sebastian Film Festival, the Cannes Festival 2014, the London Film Festival or the New York Film Festival.

The film is directed and starred by Mathieu Amalric, who received the Best Director Award at the Mar de Plata Festival (Argentina) in 2014.
