The Bayou

In his first film since winning the Oscar for 'The Darkest Hour', Gary Oldman will be playing the part of the hitman and leader of a criminal band, Tickie Bordeaux. His young trainee, a street rat for whom he has looked after and trained, Ceto (Dylan O'Brien) is submerged in this criminal underground. One day, however, when the gang kidnap and enslave a fifteen year old girl (Joey King) in order to sell her to a human trafficking circle, Ceto is forced to make a difficult decision: he must abandon the only support network he has, or let this girl be sold as a slave. He becomes determined to save her.

The film will be written by W. Peter Iliff ('Point Break') and directed by Gary Fleder ('Homefront' and 'Runaway Jury').
