The Animal Kingdom

The world is being attacked by a wave of mutations that transform some humans progressively into animals. François does everything in his power to save his wife, afflicted by this mysterious condition. While society collapses and looks for a new order, François will begin with Émile, his 16 years old son, a search that will change them forever.

In the main cast of 'Animal Kingdom' we can find Adèle Exarchopoulos, Romain Duris and Paul Kircher. We know her for his role in 'Blue Is the Warmest Color' and she's also appeared in 'Orphan' and 'Racer and the Jailbird', among many others.

Duris has worked in films like 'The Beat That My Heart Skipped', 'The Spanish Apartment' and 'Mood Indigo'. Kircher, on his part, made his debyt in 2020 with the show 'Capitain Marleau' and has participated in 'Winter Boy' and 'Weekend Family'.

Thomas Cailley directed the film after directing projects like 'Les Combattants' and 'Ad Vitam'. He co-writes the script with Pauline Munier in her cinematographic debut after writing the script for the short film 'Les fils uniques'.

In the cast we also find Tom Mercier, Saadia Bentaïeb, Nathalie Richard, Billie Blain y Xavier Aubert.The film is produced by Philip Boëffard, Pierre Guyard, Ève Machuel y Christophe Rossignon.
