'Tengamos la fiesta en paz' is a Christmas family musical comedy that tells the story of children who decide to punish their parents for Christmas for their bad behavior. The cast includes actors Carlos Aguillo ('El mayor regalo'), Teresa Ferrer ('Sergi y Irina'), Mamen García ('Mamá o papá', 'García y García', 'Vivir dos veces', 'Señoras del (H)AMPA', 'The bar', 'Aquí Paz y después Gloria', 'Dos vacas y una burra'), Eva Bravo, Ana Bravo, Juan Sánchez ('Los santos inocentes'), Miguel Alejandro Serrano and finally the also director of the film, Juan Manuel Cotelo ('El mayor regalo', 'Footprints', 'Tierra de María', '7 vidas', 'La última cima', 'El sudor de los ruiseñores').

According to Cotelo ''Tengamos la fiesta en paz' is a feature film that helps us reflect on the family unit: "I think it?s a film that can help us love each other more. In families we protect with great effort what we want, our treasures (...). The greatest treasure that a family has is the family unit, it is love, between spouses, parents and children and among siblings. 'Tengamos la fiesta en paz' which is intended to help protect that treasure. (...) We wanted to include the Holy Family not as a background landscape but as protagonists who have an important role in promoting and maintaining family unity".
