In 1977 homosexuality was still a crime in Spain. In Seville, the love for his teenage son, an aspiring artist, will make Reme leave aside the tradition she is used to and get involved in the LGBTI+ Andalusian movement. A movement that was born, paradoxically, in the interior of the Church.

'Te estoy amando locamente' is a production of Escándalo FIlms in collaboration with Escac Estudio, Te estoy amando AIE, Zeta Studios and La Pepa Films. Directing the film is Alejandro Marín, who after directing two short films has been in charge of the movie 'La filla d'algú' and the TV series 'Queer You Are'. He also writes with Carmen Garrido Vacas, producer of 'Los buenos modales'. Heading the cast is Ana Wagener, Goya winning actress in 2012 for her role in 'The Sleeping Voice' and nominated to the Feroz prize in 2019 for 'The Candidate'. She's been part of Spanish movies like 'Biutiful', 'Mirage', 'The Invisible Guest' and 'The Legacy of the Bones'. Acting as his son in the film we have Omar Banana, who's had roles in series like 'Sky Rojo', 'Reyes de la noche' and 'Paquita Salas'.

Making up the cast we also have Alba Flores (known for 'Money Heist' and 'Vis a vis', she also worked in 'Queer You Are'), Jesús Carroza ('Marshland', 'Cell 211'), Lola Buzón (in her cinematographic debut), Álex de la Croix, La Dani, Carmen Orellana and Mari Paz Sagayo.
