Tchinda Andrade is the transsexual woman and a symbols to other transsexual women in Sao Vicente, an island of Cape Verde, Africa. The documentary directed by Pablo Garcia Perez de Lara and Marc Serena shows the daily life of women and her dream that she has always been: Organizing the great carnival to be held in February.
