Tabby McTat

'Tabby McTat', directed by Jac Hamman and Sarah Scrimgeour, is based on Julia Donaldson's book 'Tabby McTat'. It brings together a total of five short stories with feline protagonists.

The main story is set in central London, where Tabby, a singing cat, and her musician friend, Fred, constantly fill the streets with their musical performances. However, an unexpected separation leaves Tabby lonely and hungry. Her quest to reunite with Fred leads him to meet Guante, a cat who becomes her inseparable friend, providing her with a home in the big city.

It also includes various other cat-centric stories aside from 'Tabby the Cat', where Tabby and Fred are separated on the vibrant streets of London for 26 minutes. These are: 'Erwin' which features a house cat playing with boxes until a microwave arrives, 'Cat and Bird', a white bird in a black world meets a black cat in a white world, 'Cat' which tells the story of a cat who, while following a recipe to prepare a stew, ends up making friends with one of its ingredients and, finally , 'The Cat and the Moth' which presents a furry white cat in search of the most comfortable place for a relaxing nap in his home.
