The documentary 'Stewart', situated in the last years of the 60's and the beginning of the 70's, follows the Scottish racing pilot Jackie Stewart in a colorist and emotive journey that explores themes like love, loss and human vulnerability far beyond the motor sport. Jackie Stewart is one of the 10 pilots that have won at least three worldwide titles in Formula 1, becoming a champion in 1969, 1971 and 1973, and also sub-champion in 1968 and 1972, and third in 1965. He retired in 1973. The 7th of October of 2023 marks 50 years since his last race and third world title of motoring.

Showing the highs and lows of a life dedicated to Formula 1, the documentary captures Jack's story as never before, revealing the personal suffering of fame and success of a champion who's lived tragedy and loss. 'Stewart' also shows Helen's point of view, the pilot's partner, talking freely about their life together.

'Stewart' is directed by Patrick Mark ('Faberge: A Life of Its Own', 'The Supercar Story', 'The Maharajas' Motor Car'). He also writes the script. The cast includes Jackie Stewart, Helen Stewart, and François Severa and Jochen Rindt in archive material. Produced by Mark Stewart Productions with Sarah Bayntun, Gareth Dodds and Patrick Mark.
