Souleymane's Story

As he rides through the streets of Paris on his bicycle delivering food orders, Souleymane goes over his story time and again. In just two days, he will face the interview to apply for asylum, a crucial step to obtain his documents. However, he still doesn't feel prepared.

The film was nominated for Best Film at the Cannes Film Festival and the Gijón Festival; for his part, Abou Sangare won the Best Actor award at both festivals and at the European Film Awards EFFA.
