Plot
'Sobreviure a l'incendi: El documental de ZOO' goes into the journey, rise and evolution of the Valencian musical group ZOO (or Zoo Posse). The members of the rock and hip hop band (Toni Sánchez Pancho, Arnau Giménez, Marcos Úbeda, Héctor Galán...) will tell anecdotes while the public watches their routine and rehearsals and will also explain the reason why they dissolve the formation. Because of it everything leads to the farewell tour that the group did in 2024, which ended in Gandía.
In addition, different public figures such as Jordi Évole, Rozalén, Toni Mejías, Andrés Juanola, Sandra Monfort and others will talk about the group and its importance on a musical and cultural way. ZOO emerged in 2014 when Panxo, former member of Orxata Sound System and Sophy Zoo, began the band. Beyond his music, his lyrics talk about politics and the importance of preserving the Catalan language.
The documentary is directed by Josep Pitarch and is produced by Ambra Projectes Culturals, an audiovisual production and distribution company that specializes in cultural television, documentaries and other multimedia products. The footage stars the members of ZOO or Zoo Posse themselves, who have made this project as a tribute to their career.
