Plot
'Silicon Cowboys' tells the true story about three friends from Texas, USA, and how they changed the world of computing which we know today. In the early 1980s, Rod Canion, Jim Harris and Bill Murto founded 'Compaq'. Each of them invested a small amount of their own money and soon found themselves battling the mighty IBM for PC supremacy. This documentary, directed by Jason Cohen, follows the journey of three friends who came up with the idea in a Texas diner and turned it into a worldwide technology firm.
