Third installment of the film saga 'Serial (Bad) Weddings'', directed by Philippe de Chauveron, who returns after having made the two previous installments of the franchise. It has become one of the great cinematographic successes of this year in France, surpassing 2.4 million spectators in France and exceeding 17 million euros at the box office.

Soon it will be 40 years since the marriage between Claude and Marie Verneuil (Christian Clavier and Chantal Lauby). For this occasion, his four daughters decide to organize a big surprise party at the family home in Chinon and invite the parents of each of the sons-in-law to France to spend a few days there. Claude and Marie will have to welcome under their roof the parents of Rachid (Medi Sadoun), David (Ary Abittan), Chao (Frédéric Chau) and Charles (Noom Diawara). This "family" stay promises to be eventful.
