Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood

Based on the memories 'Full Service', the documentary, directed by Matt Tyrnaeur, follows the figure of Scotty Bowers, a veteran of World War II who landed in Hollywood and became a confidante, assistant and lover of many faces most emblematic of the big screen. "I felt good and made a lot of people happy," says Scotty in the trailer of the documentary. The former Marine initiated a recruitment during the 40s of men and women to meet the sexual needs of film legends such as Rock Judson, Lana Turner or Ava Gadner at a time when declaring homosexual could not only end the career of anyone, but also take it to jail.
