Save the Last Dance

While Sara Johnson tries to pass the exam to get a place at Juilliard, the famous ballet academy, her mother dies in a car crash. Then, she begins a new life with her father in a new house, in a new neighborhood with a black population majority. There, she'll learn that her world isn't the only world, about the love and its troubles, the racial issues, and she'll renovate her passion for dance and music, with the most unexpected help. A romantic drama with a secuel, with much less success, released in 2006.
