Plot
Garbiñe Ortega is the director of the project Cineastas contados, inspired by the french series Cinéastes de Notre Temps, where current filmmakers get behind the camera to draw their predecessors. 'Saura(s)' is its second delivery, in which Félix Viscarret faces the challenge of taking account of Carlos Saura's legacy. In order to do so, he decides to interview his seven children to find the different facets of the master. But Saura doesn't like the idea. Talking about the past is not his cup of tea. But he does like painting and photography. Viscarret insists. This movie is the result. 'Saura(s)' held its first premiere at the 65th Festival de San Sebastián, in the section Zabaltegui-Tabakalera.
