Risen

'Risen' is the last film directed by Kevin Reynolds. It is about the epic biblical story of the Resurrection. The film narrates the events of the New Testament after Christ's crucifixion, the resurrection, and the forty days after that.

'Risen' stars Joseph Fiennes, who plays Luther and, Tom Felton who plays Clavius, a Roman Centurion. The prospect will leave an agnostic Roman Centurion, commissioned by Pontius Pilate himself to find and investigate the rumors that the Jewish Messiah has come back to life, because is the only issue people talk about in Jerusalem.

The soldier will need to locate the body of Jesus of Nazareth to avoid imminent uprising in Jerusalem and to know the truth of this story.
