Plot
Santa Claus, also known as Red Suit or Saint Nicholas of Mira (J.K. Simmons), lives happily in the North Pole Complex with Callum Drift, the Head of Security of the place (Dwayne Johnson), his reindeers (whose antlers shine glitter) , and other members of his factory. However, Santa is suddenly kidnapped by some criminals twenty-four hours before Christmas, causing because of it an absolute chaos in the complex.
So, Callum Drift decides to go to Jack O'Malley (Chris Evans), a bounty hunter who, although he is in the bad boys list, agrees to help find him. So on, the team will embark on an adventure to save Red Suit in time. To do this, they will experience different battles, such as fighting animated snowmen, doing last-minute Christmas shopping, converting toys such as cars to large size or fighting a slapping duel with the Krampus.
This mission will be completed with the help of Zoe (Lucy Liu) and García, a bipedal polar bear who has a very bad temper. 'Red One' is a film directed by American director Jake Kasdan, who has already worked with The Rock in 'Jumanji: The Next Level'. 'Sex Tape' also stands out within his filmography.
