Queen of the Air

'Queen of the Air' is based in the homonymous novel of Dean N. Jensen which tells the story of Lillian Leitzel, a trapecist who became one of the most famous stars in the beginning of the 20th century due to her shows at the circus companies Ringling Bros. y Barnum & Bailey. The main character has a tempestuous relationship with her colleague Alfredo Codona. Letzel, starred by Margot Robbie, is considered as one of the best gymnast of the history due to her "elastic bones", because she made turns where she should have to dislocate her shoulder.

This movie shows the progress since both of them were completely unknown until they got fame, including the ups and downs of their relationship and their tragic deaths.
