Pokémon 8: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew

Eighth feature film of the 'Pokémon' anime saga. More than a thousand years ago, in the town of Rohta, located north of Mt. Moon, in Kanto region, a terrible battle was fought between the armies of two rival sides, the Reds and the Greens. To avoid the destruction of the kingdom, Sir Aaron deceives his faithful Pokémon Lucario to lock him in his staff and go to the Tree of Beginning, to sacrifice his life and, with his aura, be achieved for war. In the present, Ash, May, Brock and Max arrive at the town to celebrate in the Cameran Palace the medieval feast in which the sacrifice of Sir Aaron is remembered. However, after the appearance of Mew, the protagonists along with Kidd Summers, a trainer who has two Weavile, enter the Tree of Beginning, causing imbalance in the area that will cause the entire region is threatened.
