'Playing with Fire' trivia and fun facts

The song 'Fire' by the Corean band BTS appears in the soundtrack of 'Playing with fire'. John Cena has confess he is a big fan of this group, but it wasn't his decision to put this track in the film: "It was actually our director Andy Fickman", he said to Metro.co.uk.
A good cause
John Cena encouraged people on his Twitter account to donate to any First Responders organization, such as the firefighters. He asj¡ked Paramount Pictures to choose an organization for him to donate half a million dollars to show his respect for the job. Paramount chose California Fire Foundation and Los Angeles Fire Deparment.
Working with kids
The dangers the fire could cause added to the situation of having to film with kid actors. But, they were really obedient and professional. Christian Convery, that plays Will, even made some of his own stunts.
Logo
This was the last Paramount Pictures film to use the version of the studio logo with the Viacom byline with Blue Story. The studio's next film, "Like a Boss", was the first to use the version of the studio logo with the ViacomCBS byline (nearly the merger with CBS and Viacom).

Tyler Mane, that plays Axe, has no dialogue in the movie, except for singing to the kids at their party.
Wolverine
Shortly after the kids arrive at the depot, Rodrigo says to Axe:"Come on, man! I've seen you fight a wolverine!" Tyler Mane, the actor who portrays Axe, previously appeared in "X-Men" (2000) as Sabretooth, Wolverine's half-brother and one of his arch enemies.
