The film 'Piece of My Heart' follows the story of two young dancers named Irma and Olga who seek to confront the demanding world of ballet that existed in the 1970s in Amsterdam. One of them, Olga, is the new star revelation of the Royal Ballet.

But his big step into the world that he is so passionate about will make him discover a dark side that he had no idea about.His talent brings darkness to his being. Irma from the outside watches how her best friend is absorbed by the pressure imposed on her to perform and how the young woman who had a successful future, almost assured, loses herself in the crazy nightlife.

Olga tastes the fame, the recognition, and the benefits of this but also clashes with the reality of enduring this level of exposure.

The film shows the story of a young woman with exceptional and unmatched talent and her fall into the hell of the pressure of the ballet world but it also tells the story of a friendship that is willing to do anything. The friend who He will do everything to save the one who is considered almost a sister from the darkest period. Both, each from their own side, must face the adversity of Olga's new fortune while dealing with the problems of any young person: love, doubts and friendship.
