Peter Berg directs this crime thriller and it's co-written by Matt Charman, Matt Cook, Eric Johnson. Based on a book by Casey Sherman and Dave Wedge. The Boston Police Commissioner accounts should take certain actions occurred in recent time. Ed Davis, Commissioner of the State, shall investigate what happened in the events of the Boston Marathon in 2013, where several bombings led to a high number of casualties and serious consequences on people. Davis see that was what made him reach this situation. While continuing his investigation, the Commissioner must continue captaining the persecution throughout the city of terrorists, to find them and find answers, while maintaining safe city near imminent attack. Will the Commissioner Ed Davis catch the terrorists?
