Patience, Patience, You'll Go to Paradise!

'Patience, Patience, You 'll Go to Paradise!' is a documentary directed by Hadja Lahbib. Mina was one of the many women who emigrated with his family to Europe from North Africa. While she spent her days taking care of her children and her new home, her husband was working to provide his family a better life. Years later, after the death of her husband and her children all grown up and away, Mina has nothing to do but wait until her time comes. She never learned how to read or write nor developed a hobby to keep her busy. After attending a poetry reading of a Moroccan writer, her life changed completely. She alongside a group of women in her same condition learned how to read and write discovering the freedom of a life she had never known.
