Only the Brave

In June 2013, a devastating fire blazed its way through much of the mountainous area of Yarnell (Arizona), nineteen firefighters lost their lives trying to quell the flames.

'Only the Brave' tells the incredible true story of these men who gave their lives in such heroic work. The film tells us the story of Brendan McDonough (Milles Teller), who decides to join the Hotshots, a unit of the Prescott fire department. The firefighters there have to train hard to be able to face fires in the most difficult of conditions. In spite of their great qualifications and preparation however, a wild and disastrous fire that threatens Yarnell, pushes the Hotshots to the extreme, putting their lives at risk.
