Norberta

Few things change in the life of Norberto (Luis Bermejo). Since he met María (Adriana Ozores), with whom he has lived all his life, Norberto has dedicated his existence to the typical normality of the working class: he was born, grew up and, once an adult, lives in a humble neighborhood, in a small apartment. At least, that's what it apparently is. However, Norberto allows himself, despising that life imposed and corseted by the capitalist system, to take certain risks by carrying out robberies with María, with which he alleviates his suffocated economic situation.

Norberto feels trapped; he's not what he really wants to be and his body responds just like that oppressive life system. This is why in the robberies, Norberto finds a free identity that makes him feel like himself, where his passions emerge and his fears wither, and, most importantly, where he finds love for himself. >.

'Norbert(a)' is a spanish film with an LGTBIQ+ theme that explores the events of life and the question of being itself. In the film, meaning is given to the virtues and failures of each person through the dreams and terrors of the individuals, as well as the insecurities and self-love.
