Nina

Nina, a French teacher in a local high school, and Wojtek, a mechanic, are a couple in their mid-thirties who are struggling to have a child and who decide that the only way forward is to find a surrogate mother. Magda is a young woman in a lesbian relationship with an air hostess, but she is frequently unfaithful to her partner while the woman is away on various flights.

When Nina accidentally reverses her car into Magda's, the two women begin a friendship, and Wojtek suggests that they seduce Magda into becoming a surrogate mother for them. Nina sets out to win her over, taking her on a trip to an art gallery with an exhibition about childbirth. Nina realises that she is falling for the woman.
