Nightwatch: Demons Are Forever

Emma is a young medical student who has accepted a job as a night watchman at the forensic institute. Years ago, terrible events occurred there when a psychopath was dedicated to tearing the hair from deceased individuals. Martin, Emma's father, had previously worked as a night watchman, and her mother committed suicide when Emma was only ten years old.

However, the traumatized father seems to hide a dark secret since the loss of his wife. Determined to uncover the truth about her parents, Emma encounters the killer who tried to murder them many years ago. When she reaches him, Emma finally sees the face of the ruthless psychopath, which brings her some peace. Emma is now more at ease, but soon there is an investigation in the forensic department where she works due to the loss of hair from one of the deceased. A copycat of the serial killer has emerged and seems to be stalking Emma.

Directed by Ole Bornedal (director of the original 'The Night Watchman' that tells Martin's story) and starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau ('Game of Thrones') who reprises his role. Alongside him is Fanny Leander Bornedal ('A Shadow in My Eye'). The cast also includes Alex Høgh Andersen, Sara Viktoria Bjerregaard, Kim Bodnia, Vibeke Hastrup, and Paprika Steen.
