Mooned

'Mooned' is a short film from the universe of 'Despicable Me' about Vector, the villain from the first film of the series, which will accompany the release of the movie 'Migration: A Journey Upside Down', another animated film by Universal Pictures about the Mallards, a family of migratory ducks who will embark on an exciting adventure.

Meanwhile, the Vector short film introduces us to Gru's infamous villain in a tricky situation. Vector is trapped on the Moon, and the only ones who can help him are the Minions, who only manage to make the task of escaping much more complicated. Vector will try everything to get out. The Minions will try to lend a hand… but in their own way.

This story is directed by Benjamin Renner and written by Mike White, the screenwriter of 'The White Lotus'. It also features voice acting by Jason Segel ('How I Met Your Mother') and Pierre Coffin ('The Minions'). It's an animated production of comedy and science fiction by Illumination Entertainment.

The short film will be screened before the animated movie written by Renner and White, which features voice actors such as Elizabeth Banks, Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, Carol Kane, Keegan-Michael Key, Kumail Nanjiani, and David Mitchell, among others.
