Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness

Amedeo Modigliani (Riccardo Scamarcio), better known as Modi among his friends, is a romantic French painter living in Paris during World War I. Despite having done numerous remarkable works, not everyone is able to appreciate his art, which motivates him to escape from his city. However, his close acquaintances will prevent him from doing so.

Maurice Utrillo (Bruno Gouery), on one hand, is also a member of the also known as School of Paris, a name assigned to the group of artists who gathered in the French capital during the two world wars. Beatrice Hastings (Antonia Desplat), on the other hand, is Modi's muse and is astonished by the first portrait the painter makes of her. To make matters worse, they both share a romance that complicates things for everyone.

'Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness' is a film directed by actor Johnny Depp and written by Jerzy Kromolowski and Mary Olson-Kromolowski. Names like Al Pacino, Ryan McParland, Luisa Ranieri, Floriane Andersen, Russell Anthony, Ruki Baunoch, Kat Fairaway, Vanessa Borrini, Kimberley Kim, and Stephen Graham, among others, complete the cast. The film covers three days of the artist's life to reflect his chaotic routine. A Contracorriente Films distributes the title in Spain, arriving in theaters on April 16.
