Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom

It is year 75 in the Cosmic Era. The duel for power continues on the part of Blue Cosmos and space, infinite, requires someone to safeguard the lives of its inhabitants in these ominous times dominated by tyranny, blood and terror. For this reason, COMPASS was created, an intergalactic agency founded to seek peace and fight for the general good. This company is led by Lacus, its first president. Kira and her entire group of experienced comrades join the agency, who end up literally giving their all on the battlefield: it is the cause that gives meaning to their lives. Its infrastructure is not enough to overcome the enemy, which is much more organized. However, a neonate region known as the Foundation prepares and proposes that COMPASS collaborate to defeat the ruthless Blue Cosmos once and for all, which they must confront by entering into battle with one of its strongholds.

'Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom' is a direct sequel to 'Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny' which is also directed by Mitsuo Fukuda and written with Chiaki Morosawa and Liu Goto. Likewise, those in charge of the animation are once again the same as always: Shigenori Toyooka and Takeshi Katsurayama.

The companies behind the film are Bandai Namco and Shochiku ODS Business Office and its distributor in Spain Yelmo Films, which has set its premiere for August 30, 2024.
