Plot
In the Mexican capital, Mexico City, about 45 ambulances are in operation for a population close to 9 million people. This precarious situation has created an underground network of private ambulances carried by people with little training or official certification of their health performance. The exception to this ruthless situation is the Ochoa family and the ambulance that operate in the richest neighborhoods of the city, competing against the other heartless private ambulances. In this context it is where the Ochoa family, composed of Fer, Josue and Juan, tries to avoid endangering the people who need them, without putting their financial needs above them.
They will face greater difficulties after a campaign commissioned by the corrupt police, which will force the Ochoa family to make important decisions without neglecting all the people they serve in their ambulance.
