Made in Italy

Riko (Stefano Accorsi, 'A casa tutti bene) is an honest man who has a rather unstable life. He lives from a job he has not chosen because he works in a cured meats factory, like his father, surrounded by more pigs than people. He also lives in the family home that he hardly holds. Even so, he knows that he can count on a group of true friends, with a wife whom, aside from the ups and downs of every relationship, he has always loved, and with a son, who is the first in the whole family that has the opportunity and luck of going to college. Although life seems to smile at times, Riko is a man very disgusted with his time, which seems to be measured by mischief and false starts. When he loses the little hope with which he had managed to continue forward, the bubble in which he lives is broken and that is when Riko understands that he needs to take charge of his present and start again in one way or another. To start over again, he decides to drive to Rome with his friends.

'Made in Italy' is a beautiful comedy set in Tuscany. The film is directed and written by Luciano Ligabue ('Da zero a dieci'), and in addition to having the leading actor Stefano Accorsi, they also appear in the film Kasia Smutniak and Fausto Maria Sciarappa, among others.
