Llegaron de noche

'Llegaron de noche' rescues the real story of Lucia, the only witness in the massacre of the Jesuits in El Salvador. The tragedy occurred at dawn on November 16, 1989, in the midst of the Salvadoran civil war, when six Jesuit priests, university professors, and two employees were killed at the Central American University José Simeón Cañas (UCA) in San Salvador. The first thing the government does is accuse the FMLN guerrillas, but an eyewitness denies the official version. This is the employee of the cleaning of the institution: Lucía Barrera. Lucía has seen the real criminals: the army corps. His testimony will be key to clarifying the truth and doing justice, but it will also forever change his life and that of his family.

Juana Acosta plays Lucia, the protagonist of the film. Carmelo Gómez, Karra Elejalde, Angel Bonanni, Harlys Becerra, Gerald B. Filmore, Christian Esquivel, Rodrigo Villagrán, Ivan Gisbert, Manu Fullola, José Roberto Díaz and Eric Francés are the actors that accompany her in the cast. Imanol Uribe directs the film and, for his part, Daniel Cebrián signs the script.

'Llegaron de noche', which was originally to be titled 'La Mirada de Lucía', has the participation of RTVE and Movistar+, and the support of ICAA and IBERMEDIA.
