Cyrus Whitaker (Kevin Hart) is the leader of one of the world's most pursued criminal gangs. His robberies are legendary, ranging from paintings to multimillion-dollar bank accounts.

But now, after being discovered by his ex-girlfriend, agent Gladwell (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), she offers them a deal to escape their crimes unscathed: steal 500 million dollars in gold bars before they reach a terrorist cell.

For this, they must strike on the plane transporting the goods, an A380 passenger aircraft. The success of the operation depends on global stability and the end of a terrorist threat.
