French Maurice Barthélémy jumps right into helming again in this romantic comedy around the topic in its title: exes. With a large cast, the film reflects on old couples from different points of view in order to prove that cutting with someone is not as easy as it may seem. Didier misses his exwife and Greg seeks comfort in his ex-girlfriend's dog, while father Laurent has to marry his ex. Following the style of 'Love Actually' or 'Valentine's Day', 'Les ex' delivers different stories to talk about one same topic. Among its cast, we find French cinema stars such as Jean-Paul Rouve ('La vie en rose'), Patrick Chesnais, ('The Diving Bell and the Butterfly') or Arnaud Ducret ('Love Is in the Air').
