La fianza

After celebrating her daughter's sixth birthday, Ana receives an unexpected and disturbing visit from Walter, a stranger looking for her husband, Ricardo, with whom he has several pending business deals. What initially seems like an annoyance for Ana quickly turns into an increasingly unsettling situation. As Walter settles into her home, Ana begins to uncover a series of lies and betrayals from Ricardo, revealing that her marriage is a facade full of deceit.

The truth unfolds as Ana learns that Walter's presence in her home is not coincidental. He and his organization are there with a much more sinister purpose: to hold Ana and her daughter hostage while Ricardo, her husband, closes a deal with a dangerous criminal group that Walter is connected to. Faced with this terrifying reality, Ana is forced to make crucial decisions to protect her daughter and survive this threat.

This is the first feature film directed by Gonzalo Perdomo, featuring a cast that includes Juana Acosta ('Perfectos desconocidos') as Ana, Julián Román ('Del otro lado del jardín') as the mysterious Walter, and Israel Elejalde ('Madres paralelas') as Ricardo.
