Plot

'Kóblic' is a co-production between Spain and Argentina directed by Sebastian Borensztein and written by himself with Alejandro Ocon. The film stars Ricardo Darin, who had already worked under the orders of Sebastian in 'A Chinese Tale', Oscar Martinez and Spanish actress Inma Cuesta. This thriller set in Argentina in 1977, tells the story of Captain Thomas Kóblic , commander of the Argentina Navy that have to face the most difficult mission: fly a "death flight". However, worried by the destination he is leading the prisoners of the dictatorship, he will take a decision that will mark the rest of his life, forcing him to rum away and start a dangerous new life in a unknown place, constantly haunted by the threat of dictatorship.

Trivia

During the nineteenth edition of the Festival of Malaga, 'Koblic' won Best Supporting Actor for Oscar Martinez and Best Cinematography for Rodrigo Pulpeiro ex aequo with Carles Gusi for 'Quatretondeta' .

Ricardo Darin and Oscar Martinez shared poster 'Wild Tales', although they did not work in the same scenes.
