Knock at the Cabin

M. Night Shyamalan, the director of cult horror and suspense movies like 'The Sixth Sense', 'Signs' or 'Unbreakable', directs, writes the script and produces 'Knock at the Cabin', an adaptation of the novel 'The Cabin at the End of the World' by Paul Tremblay. In the film we meet a couple formed by Jonathan Groff ('Looking') and Ben Aldridge ('Pennyworth'), who go on vacation to a cabin in the woods next to the border with Canada alongside their daughter, played by debutant Kristen Cui. One day, four people, played by Dave Bautista ('Guardians of the Galaxy'), Rupert Grint ('Harry Potter'), Nikki Amuka-Bird ('Old') and Abby Quinn ('Black Mirror'), show up at their doorstep. After tying them, they tell them that their family is key to save themselves from the apocalypse, but it will depend on the choices they make. Universal Pictures will launch 'Knock at the Cabin' on cinemas.

The film is directed by M. Night Shymalan, produced also by him in colaboration with Marc Bienstock ('Split') and Ashwin Rajan ('Servant'), wrote by Shymalan along with Steve Desmond y Michael Sherman. The production companies involved on the film are Blinding Edge Pictures in asociation with FilmNation Features and Wishmore Entertaiment, with de ejecutivo production of Steven Schneider, Christos V. Konstantakopoulos y Ashley Fox.
