Knife + Heart

Yann González has a tremendously twisted and unpredictable mind, and from it is born this adventure of kinky and queer terror that is unprecedented. Anne, played by Vanessa Paradis, is a relentless gay porn producer working in Paris in 1979. She has a love affair with her girlfriend Lois but ends up in a traumatic and dramatic separation. It is then when Anne begins her individual journey in the production of what would be her last and most ambitious pornographic film. After the preproduction, the shootings of the film begin and so the brutal murders, one after the other and starting with the star, of all the participating actors: a stubborn and homicidal maniac tries to finish with the whole cast.

The lustful pleasure of the director, who overflows positively with style and visual invention, is imbued with references to playful genres, due to the opulent cinema of Dario Argento and the unattached fetishism of William Friedkin.
