Just Like Our Parents

The story that tells this movie talks about Rosa (María Ribeiro 'Barren Lives'), a woman that lives locked in the concept of the perfection. She wants to be a good mother, wife, lover... However, at the same time that she realize that more sacrifice for that, the things gets worse. One day, her mother decided to say something that will disorder all her world in which she had believed until now. Rosa will must gatger her courage and accept who is really her.

This Brazilian drama is directed and screenwriter by the woman cinema's director Laís Bodanzky ('Brainstorm') and arrives in the theatre of United Kingdom 13th of December 2017. Along with Maria Ribeiro, perform in this filme Paulo Vilhena ('A boyfriend for my wife'), Clarisse Abujamra ('La colección invisible') and Felipe Rocha ('Nise: The heart of madness'), between others.
