The Invisible Girl

Directed by Dorian Fernández-Moris, considered one of the most prolific and well-known filmmakers in the Peruvian industry. 'The Invisible Girl' won the award for best production by the Peruvian Ministry of Culture in 2018.

Juan (Fernando Bacilio), a former public official in Peru, flees justice and the tragedy that marked him for life. Reina (Luz Pinedo), a teenager, flees from the sexual and moral abuse she has suffered since she was a child in the sexual exploitation camps of La Pampa, a place controlled by the gold mining mafias. United by destiny, they will set out in search of Reina's family in a territory of the Peruvian Amazon without authority, plagued by crime and greed.

Shown in the Official Selection at the HUMANS Fest ? International Film and Human Rights Festival 2022. It was shot in the spring of 2019 in the city of Pucallpa, the film began its post-production process in the summer of that same year, although its commercial premiere in his native Peru did not arrive until November 2022.

Co-production between Peru, Chile and Spain, 'The Invisible Girl' is directed by Dorian Fernández-Moris, who writes the script together with Rogger Vergara Adrianzén.
