Indian Horse

Based in the original story 'Indian Horse' by Richard Wagamese, the movie tells the story of Saul. The protagonist is a native young boy from Canada that gets into the program 'Canadian First Nations', meanwhile survives to the strict education of the Indian school-residence system. The movie occurs in the 70s in an atmosphere full of racism. He highlights as a hockey-on-ice player but he must look for his own destiny fighting against his past, stereotypes and alcoholism.
