In the Shadow of Women

'In the Shadow of Women' is a 2015 French-Swiss drama film directed by Philippe Garrel, director of films like 'Wild Innocence', 'That Summer'. The film tells the story of two young men called Pierre and Manon who are dedicated to documentaries to survive economically budget but which hardly reach end of the month. Suddenly, everything changes when Pierre found work, this time as an intern Elizabeth, and madly in love with her, but struggle to keep up with his girlfriend Manon at the same time, wanting to be with both. Elizabeth, meanwhile, learns that Manon has a lover and decides to tell Pierre. This difficult situation must decide what to do, making a decision that will mark them for life.
