Plot
In this case 'Ice Age: Collision Course', fifth installment of the saga set during the ice age, focuses on an adventure unleashed by the eternal unlucky acorn lover Scrat. The hilarious character organizes a mess of cosmic proportions when in hot pursuit of his beloved acorn ends up making a trip to space where he inadvertently cause a chain reaction that will become a threat to our planet. Manny, Sid, Diego and the rest of the gang will be forced to leave their home and embark on an exciting journey full of laughter, misadventures and new discoveries. Exotic lands and a handful of new characters await these peculiar heroes that will face a new enemy who is a brother to one of the protagonists, in order to save our world from disaster. Mike Thurmeier and Galen T. Chu directed this new installment of the hit animated series featuring stars like Jennifer Lopez and Simon Pegg in the original dub.
