Plot
In 1937, two years before the Second World War started, the nazis started a fight against the art: a crusade that ended with 600.000 paintings destroyed from Earth and 100.00 pieces that still have never been found in a search that 70 years later is still important. Great genius of the painting such as Picasso, Matisse, Botticelli, Chagall, Monet and others were defined as "degenerate" and, so, their work was confiscated from them and hidden from society. Toni Servillo, the actor, presents four expositions that study Hitler's obsession for the art and the dangers that it brought to his regime as well as all the work that the artists put in order not to see his art vanish into the flames of a mad man.
